The PS3 is an awesome machine – it has arguably the best graphical capabilites of any console, free internet and some great games like Uncharted 2. If I had to pick the thing I like least about the PS3, however, is the damn install times times. It seems like just to play a game for the first time I have to wait a ridiculously long time.

Well, with the forthcoming launch of one of the console’s biggest titles, God of War III, SCE’s Christer Ericson has clarified via Twitter that the game will have no install times whatsoever. Pop in the disc and you’re good to go.
