halomovie

If you’re a Halo fan you’ll undoubtedly already know that there has been talks about a movie based on the franchise for some time. The film actually entered production but was later sacked due to improper funding. Ever since then it’s been rumor after rumor with no official word on the movie’s current state.

Well, during a conference Microsoft’s Frank O’Connor has said that they will be a Halo movie “when the time is right” and that the own the IP so if/when they want to make the movie they can. He then went on to say that a movie would increase the Halo fan numbers even more.

Just make the damn thing already, we’ve been waiting forever.

sf4fightstick

If you’ve been looking to pick up a Street Fighter IV FightStick but haven’t been able to justify the high price tag, you’re in luck. Buy.com has just announced that they will be discounting the PS3 version of the controller to $29.99. Additionally, if you’re looking to go a bit more hardcore, they have the Tournament Edition FightStick up for $119.99, a nice saving.

I don’t know about you guys but I prefer a controller over these FightSticks any day. Maybe I need to actually use them some more. What do you think?

Edit: It seems the FightSticks are out of stock, bummer. Let’s hope they hold this promotion again once it’s back in stock.
