Currently, the Nintendo DS has just 6 M-rated titles to date. This shouldn’t come as a surprise asm according to research, Nintendo DS gamers are typically of the younger crowd. Well, one M-rated Nintendo DS title has stuck out from the group so much that its actually make up 50% of all M-rated sales for the console. Can you guess which one it is? GTA: Chinatown Wars, of course.
Despite getting some pretty lackluster sales

Either Microsoft is whippin’ out the bribes, or studios really think Project Natal is going to be killer — Reports have just surfaced that say THQ has a $40 million Project Natal cookin’ over in their studios. There’s virtually no details on what the name of the game will be or anything of that nature but reports say that THQ is going to use the Natal hardware in a “really, really cool way.”
With Project Natal expected to ship later this year, we won’t have to wait too long to see what this mystery project is.

It has just been confirmed by Square Enix that Final Fantasy IX is definitely coming to the Playstation Network. There’s been some rumors and what not regarding the game’s PSN appearance but this is the first time it has been officially confirmed.
For those who don’t know of this game, Final Fantasy IX, along with VII, are widely considered the best games in the entire Final Fantasy series.
There’s no word on how much it will drop for, or when, but we’ll let you know.

The iPad launches tomorrow, but you probably already knew that. If you’re getting one, you may be looking around for games you’ll be able to play right when you get your hands on it. Well, we recently showed you Geometry Wars for the iPad, but what about EA titles? Well, the company has just announced that versions of Need for Speed Shift, Mirror’s Edge, Scrabble, Tetris and Command & Conquer Red Alert are now available for the platform.
I personally am most excited about Command & Conquer because and RTS on the iPad would be beyond badass.

There have been countless third party manufactered Xbox 360 controllers on the market but it seems that Microsoft is unhappy with Datel’s Turbofire controller, in partiular. This unlicensed turbo controller apparantly came a bit too close to Microsoft’s Xbox 360 controller which has cuased the company to sue Datel.
Microsoft is seeking both monetary compensation and an injuction to prevent Datel from producing anymore controllers.
What do you guys this? If you were Microsoft, would you sue them over this controller?

If you’re looking to pick up an iPad right on its launch date, April 3rd, you may want to know that the iPad Geometry Wars app is now available for pre-order. It’s currently priced at $9.99 and you can pick it up here.
If you’ve played the Xbox Live Arcade version of this game, you know it’s awesome. If I were to getting an iPad I’d definitely spend the extra $10 to have the game right on the launch date.
