You can buy the bundle for any price you want, and you can decide whether all the money will go to charity or to the developers, or split between them — the average price is around $7, so gamers aren’t that cheap (we can imagine a lot of folks just forking out $1 for the deal).

EA’s Modern Warfare rip off inspired Medal Of Honor will be released on October 12, 2010, EA has announced. The single player campaign takes place in Afghanistan, where a group of special forces is fighting against the Taliban. More interestingly, is that the multiplayer component of the game is developed by DICE, makers of the Battlefield-series.

Red Dead Redemption won’t be shipping with a co-op mode, but fear not, Rockstar has announced that they will release a DLC this June with a co-op mode. The DLC, called “Outlaws to the End” Co-Op Mission Pack, will include six multiplayer missions and be compatible with 2-4 players. As mentioned

The date has finally unveiled when millions of gamers (especially those in South Korea) will be heading to the game stores: Blizzard has announced that StarCraft 2 will be in stores on July 27. Mark your calender, and start saving the $60 a retail copy will cost. Or $100 if you want the Collector’s Edition.

BioWare has announced that the DLC “Equalizer Pack” will be coming tomorrow, and includes a new set of gear for the avid players of Mass Effect 2 — including the new goggles pictured above. The DLC will retail for $160 on the Xbox 360 and for $2 on the PC.

One of the first bit titles for the holiday shopping season has announced its drop date: Force Unleashed 2 will be released on October 26, on the Xbox 360, Wii and PS3. A few weeks later, the portable version will finds its way to the DS and PSP. The game is also rumored to have an iPhone version to be released later in 2010.

One of the perks of getting the mediocre Halo ODST was access to the Halo Reach beta, and as of today, the beta is officially open to all owners of ODST. The beta is strictly multiplayer-only and will run until May 19.

Nintendo is now offering what might be one of the best deals around: a black Wii, coupled with a black Wiimote + MotionPlus attachment, Wii Sports, and Wii Sports Resort. All for $199. The bundle will be available on May 8, and we think this thing will sell like… well, a Wii. Now with an additional game and accessory.

While many game stores (read: all game stores) will try and sell you extended warranty plans and what not, the manufacturers are less likely to do so. Except now, Sony is offering PS3 and PSP owners an “extended service” plan for their consoles. One year of extra protection for the PS3 costs $50, with another year for $10 more. For the PSP, it’s $30 a year, while an additional $10 will add “Accidental Damage” coverage, which covers accidents even if you caused them, like dropping your PSP etc.
