Call of Duty Black Ops generates $1 billion in revenue

Activision’s Call of Duty Black Ops has sold very well — millions of copies were sold on day one, and it has continued to stay at the top of the charts for many weeks after wards. Now Activision has revealed how much all that adds up to: $1 billion.
This makes Black Ops as the best selling Call of Duty game ever, and it’s only the second entertainment product in history to reach $1 billion this quickly, the other being last years mega hit movie Avatar, according to Activision.
