We’ve heard of the Nintendo 3DS quite a bit in the past including its glasses-free 3D screen, 3D camera and more. However, as of late, the portable console has come under some fire due to reports that the glasses-free screen actually causes eye strain which can be harmful to younger uses. Well, Japanese magazine Friday recently posted a report that says after a Nintendo World 3DS testing event the majority of users suffered dizziness and eye fatigue. Even more so, users switched from 3D to 2D within just 10 minutes of gameplay.
So does this mean the Nintendo 3DS’ main selling point is actually going to cause more discomfort than pleasure? We wont’ know for sure until we actually play with one ourselves when it hits store shelves this March.
