Madden 11: Steelers Will Beat Packers in Super Bowl XLV

If you’ve been with us for a few years you’ll probably know that EA Sports has been using their Madden game engine to predict the results of that year’s Super Bowl. Well, now that both the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers are in the running for this year’s Super Bowl XLV, EA Sports has whipped out Madden 11 to tell us the results.
According to the simulation the Steelers ousted the Packers in the 4th quarter by a game winning 36 yard pass with a final score of 24 – 20.
Before you start getting skeptical, make note that EA Sports has accurately predicted the results of 6/7 of the last Super Bowls with the only Super Bowl upset being the Giants win over the Patriots 2 years ago.
