The glasses-free 3D display touting Nintendo 3DS is finally gearing up to be released here in the United States. This means that a device with an autostereoscopic 3D display has finally been brought to the masses which is sure to give game developers a whole new set of innovative tools to play with. However, after actually purchasing the $250 console you’re going to want some games to play which retail for $39.99 a piece.
Luckily, we’ve already heard of various promotions that give gamers a break when purchasing a game such as the $25 off a brand new game promotion from Kmart. If for some reason you don’t feel like grabbing a Nintendo 3DS from Kmart but still want to get down on a promotion Sam’s Club has a deal for you.
Sam’s Club will be offering a Nintendo 3DS bundle which includes the console itself, the Explorer Starter Kit and Pilot Wings Resort for just $299.98. Sure, you’re only saving about $15 but that $15 can go towards the purchase of another game.

Sony’s PlayStation 3 remains one of the most popular home video game consoles on the market today despite stark competition from Microsoft with the Xbox 360 and Nintendo with the Wii. However, if you’re looking to go for the highest end bundle chances are you’ll be breaking the bank a bit. Luckily various retailers have been known to cut us a break from time to time making the price tag of products like this.
In fact, it was just made known that Walmart will be selling a 320GB PS3 complete with PlayStation Move for just $350 provided you’re willing to get it shipped to your local store. For those wondering, that’s a full $50 off the normal price tag. Alongside the PlayStation Move this bundle includes Sports Champions so you’ll have something to play without having to actually buy a game.

While most of the big name titles are released with a legit publisher through various retail outlets, several independently developed games featured within digital distribution outlets like the Xbox Live Arcade have been making quite a splash. Unfortunately, those who don’t have access to broadband connection will be missing out on all of the great titles but Microsoft will be directly targeting such folk with their next move.
It’s been announced today that Microsoft will be bundling three of the best Xbox Live Arcade titles – Trials HD, Limbo and Splosion Man – for retail along with a 48-hour Xbox Live Gold trial and 160 Microsoft Points all for $29.99. Even if you have a broadband connection, this is a great time to get down on all of these titles with the bundle hitting store shelves on April 19th.

Pokemon has been around since 1996 as a video game franchise, trading card game, movie series, television series and much, much more. While one may think that the game’s popularity would run dry after all these years, the video game titles still interest legions of gamers everywhere. The latest additions to the series are both Pokemon Black and Pokemon White.
Both titles are set to hit store shelves on March 6th of this year and since the release date is so close, Nintendo has come forth today to announce brand new DSi bundles, as you can see above. Both consoles will feature a Pokemon etched on the outside and will retail for $179.99 when the games hit store shelves.
As for the games themselves? They will retail for the usual $34.99 on March 6th, as mentioned before.

Each respective console has their fair share of exclusives that help push hardware. On the Xbox 360 we have Halo and Gears of War and on the Wii we have Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong and so on. On the PS3 side of things there are several different exclusives with Killlzone being one of the biggest. With Killzone 3‘s February 23rd release date right around the corner what is Sony to do? Release a bundle, of course.
That’s right, it was just made known that Sony will be releasing a 160GB PS3 bundle with Killzone 3 packed in for just $299. Seeing how the normal 160GB PS3 goes for $299 you’re essentially getting the game for free which is welcome news to me.

After a game console hits the streets it’s virtually become tradition for the various manufacturers to release a whole slew of different game themed bundles. The latest of such bundles comes in the form of a 320GB MotorStorm Apocalypse bundle which you can see above. If you couldn’t guess, the bundle comes with both a 320GB PlayStation 3 and a copy of MotorStorm Apocalypse.
Now, something to make note of is this bundle was outed by Amazon France and listed with a €349.95 price tag and March 16th release. Considering MotorStorm Apocalypse isn’t set to hit North American shelves until April 12th, there’s no telling if this bundle will be making its way across the pond.
As always, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

As of late, motion controllers have become the focal point with companies like Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony coming forward to release the Kinect, Wii and PlayStation Move, respectively. All having had their fair share of success (the Wii leading by a hefty margin), these motion controllers provide an easy to pick up and play experience along with adding a big of realism.
While the Kinect is something completely different, the Wii and PlayStation Move are decently similar. Those who have been waiting to pick a PlayStation Move may be interested to hear that Sony will be releasing a Heroes Bundle for the PlayStation Move on March 22nd of this year. Included in the bundle is the following:
- PlayStation Move Heroes Game
- PlayStation Eye Camera
- PlayStation Move Motion Controller

Are you a PS3 owner who is pissed that the Xbox 360 will be getting the first Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC pack before you? Well fret not as we’ve got some great news for you today. Reports have surfaced that say the PS3 will be getting a Splinter Cell Trilogy release that will see some of Tom Clancy’s greatest games repackaged and remade for use with Sony’s new console.
Unfortunately, other than the fact that Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory will make the jump, we don’t have much more information. Luckily, with 2011 right around the corner, that’s all going to change soon enough.

The Splinter Cell: Conviction and Final Fantasy XIII Xbox 360 Elite bundles are pretty highly sought after considering they feature a 250GB hard drive and all the other bells and whistles of an Elite SKU. However, their price tag, $499.99, may keep the consoles out of the hands of some, if not most, gamers.
Luckily, Amazon.com is holding a deal that will drop $40 off that asking price, bringing the final price down to $359.99
