Have you gotten an invite to the Starcraft II beta? If so, you will be happy to hear that Blizzard’s president and co-founder, Mike Morhaime, has just announced that the closed beta will go live sometime this month:
“We’re slated to begin beta testing later this month. The beta test will be conducted on a global scale including thousands of testers from North America, Europe, Korea, Taiwan Australia, and New Zealand. We expect a tremendous response from our players and we’re eager to enter this stage of development as we enter the final stretch before release.”
Final stretch, huh? Although Starcraft II has yet to get an official release date, it’s pretty safe to say that “final stretch before the release” means it will be coming pretty soon.

Looks like the sci-fi third-person-shooter MMO Global Agenda has finally reached its closed beta stage, having sent invites out for everyone whose registrations were accepted.
If you haven’t already registered and are interested, just head over to the official website and put in a few computer specs and contact information, and voila, you’re done. Mind you, the system requirements for the game are pretty hefty.
No release date is planned for the game, but the developers are hoping to launch it before the end of the year.

If you’ve been following the game you’ll know that on April 30th Warrior Epic had entered its closed beta stage now almost out of no where the game is ready for an official launch. Founder and Chairman of True Games, Jeff Lujan, had this to say:
Our beta testers have given us a lot of great feedback and we are confident that the game is now reaching a point where we can provide the Warrior Epic community an engaging and compelling experience
Hm Mr. Lujan, let’s hope you know what you are doing I mean no one likes unfinished games.
