Futuremark has announced its first full-fledged game – a multiplayer shooter set on a moon. Dubbed Shattered Horizon, the game will pit astronauts against miners as they battle for supplies on a debris-filled arena.

“In zero gravity the player is set free to play in new ways,” said lead designer Antti Summala. “Complete freedom of movement and unique level design create an experience that is at once familiar to anyone who loves the FPS style and yet strikingly different to any game they’ve played before.”

No release date was given. Futuremark, however, promised that it will run on less-powerful computers despite using the latest technology.
