As you’re sure to know Duke Nukem Forever has been in development for, well, ever. Luckily, the game was recently picked up by Gearbox Software who will finally be finishing the game and getting it onto the market come May 3rd for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. While we know a lot about the game there is still much to be known including details regarding its multiplayer portion.

Luckily news has just hit the scene by way of Official Xbox Magazine scans that let us know about the different game modes that will be making their way into Duke Nuke Forever. Included here are Dukematch, Team Dukematch, Capture the Babe and Hail to the King. If you couldn’t tell by their names, Dukematch will be your traditional free for all deathmatch/slayer type game mode while Team Dukematch will be the same thing, but quite obviously on teams. Capture the Babe will be Duke Nukem Forever’s take on Capture the Flag while Hail to the King will be the game’s take on king of the hill.

Pretty comical names that the developers have come up with here which seems like a breath of fresh air in this highly serious market dominated by titles like Call of Duty.

Again, Duke Nukem Forever will be out for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on May 3rd.

Despite being in development for over a decade Duke Nukem Forever‘s May 3rd, 2011 release date is finally approaching. While we’ve seen everything from gameplay to the collector’s edition there is still much to be known about the game. While it would be ridiculous to think that the developers will tell us everything prior to the game’s launch, some information has been trickling  out here and there.

The latest of such information focuses on the game’s campaign, more specifically how long it will be. Gearbox‘s own Randy Pitchford came forth during an interview with GTTV to let us know that it will be between 16 and 18 hours.

This is a decent amount of play time and will surely give Duke Nukem fans hours of fun. Now we just need some information on the multiplayer and we’ll be all set and, you know, a demo wouldn’t hurt.

If you’ve been paying attention you’ll know that an early build of Crytek’s Crysis 2 had leaked out. This had to have come as devastating news to both EA and Crytek considering the game’s March 22nd release date is so close. Of course, true fans of the series will most likely hold of on pirating the game in anticipation for its full, polished release.

However, what such folk may be intrigued to see is a 25-minute video of Crysis 2 gameplay. Considering this is uploaded to YouTube, it probably won’t be long until the video gets taken down due to a copyright claim from Crytek. Additionally, those who don’t want any spoilers won’t want the check out the video as it does go through part of the game’s story.

Of course, no matter what, we don’t support piracy but the amazing gameplay featured in this video will serve as some hefty publicity for the game.

Prince of Persia fans will be happy to hear that Ubisoft has just released the above trailer for Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. Said trailer features some of the developers talking about the game but that’s not the fun part. The fun part are the various clips that give us the first glimpse of gameplay from the game.

I don’t know about you guys but the game is shaping up to be pretty damn good. However, we won’t know for sure until May 18th when it hits store shelves for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii.

We already know that Super Street Fighter IV is on its way but we don’t know much about the game’s story line. Today, Capcom‘s Seth Killian sat down with Kotaku to speak about the game’s final boss; Seth.

If you’re played Street Fighter IV on the harder difficulties you’ll know that Seth is no walk in the park, utilizing just about every cheap move in the book. Well, according to Mr. Killian, the Seth in Super Street Fighter IV “will be even cheaper and more irritating”.

Luckily, all of the new characters will be unlocked out of the box so you won’t be fighting Seth over and over again like in the previous title.

But anyways, included in said video is over 8 minutes of leaked Halo 3: ODST footage. Of course, being campaign footage there will be a ton of spoilers so don’t say I didn’t warn you.

As for the rest of us who don’t like spoilers, well, we’re just going to have to wait until September 22nd when the game is officially released.

What you see above is a supposedly leaked concept art image of a new Tomb Raider game that is in the works. Furthermore, the image was accompained by a few details of the game.

Reportedly, the next Tomb Raider game will feature open-world gameplay with a reworked combat system. And, a hint at the game’s plot lets us know that it will be an origin story of Lara Croft showcasing how she came to be.

I don’t know about you guys, but the image art shows a close resemblance to that of what would be featured in a Final Fantasy game. It would make sense considering Tomb Raider’s developer, Eidos, was bought out by Final Fantasy‘s Square Enix.

Sure, God of War III won’t be making its way onto the Xbox 360 but who cares? Dante’s Inferno is!

Honestly though, if the above video is anything to go by, Dante’s Inferno is looking to give God of War III a run for its money. Said video contains never before seen gameplay from Dante’s Inferno which was developed by the guys behind Dead Space, Visceral Studios.

Unfortunately for us, Dante’s Inferno won’t hit the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC until January of next year.

Modern Warfare 2 is currently set to hit store shelves for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on November 10th.
