Nintendo has long been one of the most successful video game companies on the market. This success can easily be seen with the Nintendo Wii which took a large lead over Microsof’ts Xbox 360 and Sony’s PlayStation 3. However, Nintendo isn’t looking to ride on the success of the Wii forever as they’ve already come forth to announce the Wii U and release the Nintendo 3DS.

While the Wii U won’t be out for quite some time the Nintendo 3DS has been on the market for quite some time. Unfortunately though, the 3D display touting portable hasn’t given Nintendo the same success they’ve seen with previous releases like the Wii and Nintendo DS. Due to this, NIntendo came forth not too long ago to announce that they would be dropping the price tag of the Nintendo 3DS.

To make the deal even sweeter, Walmart has come forth today to let us know that they are stocking the Nintendo 3DS for just $169.99. Now, you may be thinking: “isn’t this the same price drop that Nintendo announced not too long ago?”. Yes, but the official Nintendo price cut wasn’t set to go into effect until August 12th. Check out Walmart’s listing for the discounted portable here.

There are many different FPS games on the market with behemoths like Call of Duty largely ruling the scene. However, Crytek recently came forth to release Crysis 2 which takes the Call of Duty gameplay we’ve all come to know and love and adds in a whole slew of futuristic tools at the player’s disposal. Unfortunately seeing how the game is quite new it still retails for $60 at many different outlets. The good news? Amazon.com is cutting gamers like us a deal by dropping the game down to just $39.95.

Seeing how the promotion is set to last for today only, if you’re looking to get down on it you better do so fast. Check out the listing here.

Sony’s PlayStation 3 remains one of the most popular home video game consoles on the market today despite stark competition from Microsoft with the Xbox 360 and Nintendo with the Wii. However, if you’re looking to go for the highest end bundle chances are you’ll be breaking the bank a bit. Luckily various retailers have been known to cut us a break from time to time making the price tag of products like this.

In fact, it was just made known that Walmart will be selling a 320GB PS3 complete  with PlayStation Move for just $350 provided you’re willing to get it shipped to your local store. For those wondering, that’s a full $50 off the normal price tag. Alongside the PlayStation Move this bundle includes Sports Champions so you’ll have something to play without having to actually buy a game.

Dedicated console gamers may stick to their roots and say that their controllers of choice are the best but PC gamers are whistling to a much different tune. While controllers for consoles like the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 may designed from the ground up with gaming in mind the precision can’t really compare to that of a keyboard and mouse combo.

Luckily, if you’re one who wants to use their keyboard/mouse with the Xbox 360, you’re abe to do so thanks to products like the XIM3 adapter. Priced at a somewhat lofty $149.99, the XIM3 will give gamers the ability to seamlessly utilize a wide array of otherwise unsupported peripherals with Microsoft’s Xbox 360.

Anyways, the reason I’m telling you this is because just today the XIM3 went up for sale only to quickly sell out not long after. Luckily, if you’re still looking to get down on the product they have put up a page where you can leave your email and be notified as soon as more stock is made available.

For those who don’t know, that means you’ll be able to get Left 4 Dead 2 for only $25. Not bad for a relatively new game.
