The WiiWare version of classic puzzle game Tetris will be released on the Wii Shop channel later this month. Dubbed Tetris Party, the game will cost 1200 Wii points ($12) and will feature 18 modes of play.

It will also support online multiplayer for up to six players. Interestingly, there will also be a mode that will be controlled entirely by the Balance Board accessory. This will have you leaning forward and backward to control the speed of pieces and squat to rotate them – surefire way of losing a few pounds and having addictive fun at the same time.
