Our friends over at GiantBomb have recently gotten the chance to sit down and review the Halo: Reach beta prior to its May 3rd release date. If you’re going to wait the video, make sure you have some free time as it is a full 35 minutes of Halo: Reach goodness.
But anyways, the video takes a loot at the map Overlook and several aspects of Reach‘s gameplay. Something I noticed right of the bat was that Bungie will allo you to pick and choose classes prior to spawning which means there will seemingly be no more rushing to control the power weapons.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Let us know in the comments.
(Seems there was a problem with the embed. If the above video doesn’t work head here to check it out.)
We just saw the unveiling of the Skate 3 box art and now the developers have released yet another video showcasing an in-game area. This time we get to see the university district, a very diverse location featuring things like ledges, long rails and banks.
Check out the video and prepare yourself for Skate 3‘s May 2010 release date.
Bungie has recently been kind enough to release a video documentary featuring none other than Halo 3: ODST.
While there are several cips of actual gameplay featured in the video, the purpose it serves is to give us a closer look at the characters the game is based around. Add to that a full break down of a few of the game’s weapons and other in-game technology and you have yourself a very intersting video.
Halo 3: ODST will be out exclusively for the Xbox 360 on September 22nd, 2009.
