Sony is really pushing 3D technology just as they did with Blu-ray. In fact, they want you to buy their new HX803-series  Bravia 3DTV that is going on sale in Europe this June that they are bundling 4 free 3D PS3 games with it.

Those games include WipEout HD, MotorStorm Pacific Rift, Super Stardust HD and PAIN.

Of course, if you don’t want to buy the sure to be high priced TV you can just hop online and snag them from the PSN, for a price.

It was recently announced on the Official Playstation Blog that WipEout HD will be getting a new expansion entitled the Fury add-on pack on July 23rd for $9.99.

Below is an excerpt from the post detailing what the Fury add-on pack will contain:

The pack will provide three new race types – Eliminator, Zone Battle and Detonator, 12 new tracks, 13 new ships, 6 new music tracks, a redesigned menu system, a new campaign to complete as well a host of new trophies to win. Oh and let’s not forget the additional ranks for you to achieve online. We are really excited about the content and hope you enjoy all the new features

As for you UK gamers, it was also announced on the European Playstation Blog that you will be getting the WipEout HD Fury add-on pack the same day as well.

Eurogamer reports that Wipeout HD will cost 12 GBP when it launches on the PlayStation Network in the coming future.

The downloadable entry in the futuristic racing series features tracks taken from its portable duo – Pure and Pulse – and adds new features like Trophy support, eight reverse tracks, four extra tracks and split-screen multiplayer.

No release date was given for the game.
